If I don't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

ANS : farebes.com is a website that searches for flights and offers travel bargains. We do not accept reservations, issue tickets, collect payments, or have access to personal travel information. Check your trash folder first if you haven't gotten a confirmation from the airline or travel agent you booked with. If it's not lurking in there and you haven't heard from your airline or travel agent after 24 hours, you'll need to contact them.

How do I alter or cancel my reservation?

ANS : Because we don't keep or have access to individual travel data, you'll need to contact the airline or travel agent with whom you made your reservation.

I had no idea who booked my flights. What's the best way for me to find out?

ANS : Your booking confirmation should include the name of the company with which you made your reservation. If you don't have the confirmation, look up who handled your payment on your bank or credit card statement.

I'm not sure if my reservation was accepted. What's the best way for me to find out?

ANS : Don't try to make another reservation; you could wind up with two. Check with the company you booked with directly to see if the transaction went through.
